Life has been crazy, busy, hectic, whatever you want to call it.

The birds are still being the same. Izzy is SUPER protective of Zamorah, and Zeke could care less as long as he gets to chew boxes.

Our old car (really not old, it was an ’07 Forenza) started having some issues, and the the check engine light came on with 7 misfires Rather than dumping money into a car that wasn’t worth it, we traded it in. We got ourselves a brand new 2001 Honda CR-V stocked with Navigation, bluetooth, XM, yada yada… It is so choice. If I weren’t married, and it weren’t illegal, I would marry this car (I kid, I kid).

Zamorah is 7 weeks old now. She smiles, coos, giggled once, holds her head up for up to a minute at a time now, and is eating cereal in her bottles and loving it.

We went to the State Fair of Texas and Zamorah enjoyed looking around when we carried her. In fact, she enjoyed it so much that she didn’t want to go in her stroller for naps and lunch time lol. We would have taken the birds, but the Fair has a no pet policy
That’s alright though, Pirate Days in The Colony is coming up on the 14th/15th and we will be taking the feathered ones out and about all day for some piratey fun (and Toney will be speaking at Pirate school with Izzy so drop by and say hi). I’ll post costume pics in the next post I update
