As per usual Texas weather, IT IS HOT. Even more so when 6 months pregnant. Sadly, this was likely our final weekend at Scarby this season unless we get a nice day around 70 degrees one of these coming weekends…which I highly doubt. Opening weekend hit somewhere around 90 degrees for those who are unfamiliar with Texas weather.

My pregnant butt will be enjoying air conditioning this year, and be back (and corseted ) next year. Toney may or may not go without me, up to him…

In other news: I have turned in my resignation letter to my boss, and my last day of work is May 31st. I will then be an official SAHM (stay at home mom) and housewife…what on earth am I getting myself into (I kid, I kid…mostly).
